Water Ski Tubes Shop

I’m thinking of starting a “boat chauffeur” business for those who don’t have boating experience. Good idea?

I would take care of all the hassle and simply meet any family or individuals at the lake. I would even take care of grocery shopping as well as clean up. I would provide all of the toys (wake board, skis, tube etc.) This would benefit those who don’t own a boat and aren’t familiar with how to launch or drive a boat. They may not know how to water ski or wake board either. In which case I would also serve as an instructor. I wonder if there is a market for this type of service.

Search for “wakeboard boat charter”. You’ll find a bunch of businesses basically doing this, so it is possible. It’d be a pretty big investment. Besides the boat, car, and all the gear, don’t forget about the cost of insurance which will be a lot. Some places require permits for commercial activities, and they’ll usually want a cut of your business too.
