water skiing help? lol?

im in school right now doing a project on how to plan a vacation. how much does it cost to water ski in orange county california? please and thank you! :]

Major cost is fuel. Boats get about 7 miles to the gallon and even worse towing a skier.Plus the fuel to tow the boat to the location. It would depend on how far you go to find a good lake.When myself and three friends go to a local lake 20 miles away for the weekend we spend about &150.00 each. There are camping fees, launching fees, Your food and drinks, and other misc. things. If a family goes then you have the adults paying for all the kids food and so you are not splitting the cost as many ways. Plus, the kids want to bring their friends so in that case it can cost the adults as much as $1,000.00 for the weekend. We have gone to a lake for a week and rented a houseboat between 8 people and we spent over $10,000. The average boat will use about $100.00 a day for gas if you are out skiing all day.
