aussie working usa ski season this winter?

Hi I’m an australian and i’m wanting to work in either usa ski resorts or canadian ski resort this winter.

Suggest any websites or links that will let me apply and come over and work. And maybe not links such as CCUSA , IEP etc I already know about them,
