Jet Ski Rentals near Tampa Bay Florida?

Right now I'm in Sarasota, but I can go anywhere really, as far as within one of two hours, we can go. I am 15 and a half, but I drive my own jet ski. Is that possible in the U.S., let alone this area? Be in Mexico can be in a place like 12 to 14, but what about here? I could probably fake until 16, but no more. Are there any places to rent jet ski Surrounding Tampa, which will allow people who are 15 (or 16) to drive jet ski in? Money is not much of a concern.

If you go to rent in the area of Tampa Bay, you are required to be 18 for rent. It has to do with insurance, in addition to a minor and therefore can not be held liable if something happens. They want the responsibility fall on the party involved with the jet ski, so therefore the need to wait for an adult. The laws are very strict in the U.S. for equipment rental, and some places say 21 is the age required to rent, but when I was in Tampa, I said 18.
