Any one from Afghanistan, need some help?

I meet a cute Afgan girl, she is living in Sweden but she was born in Afganistan. Now she is studying medicine in the same medical school I go to. We actually met like about 8 months go at a friends place and then we kind of all went on a trip for a day. Then I went skiing with her and a group of friends from the university in February of this year to France. We chilled out there and had a lot of fun. I am very good friends with her. At the disco there in France I asked her once to dance but that time she turned me down. We hang out together sometimes with friends when ever I see her I give her a hug and we talk and so on.
Question:
How to ask her out on a date, I am insecure about this?? Do you think she will go out with me?? I know that her cousin is getting married and it is like a traditional Afghan weeding. She is not so conservative but will she go out with me????

well my boyfriend is afgan.. and im spanish.. our customes are VERY DIFFERENT but it makes it a whole lot easyer because his parents are not so strict… because people from afgan have strict rules.. and one of them is that the girls can not be involed with any one out side thier relationship.. so yea.. have you tried bein really good friends with her? like ask her to hang out with you… you know.. tell her you want to get to know her better as a friend… because its important you get to know her better.. let her tell you about girls from afgan… ask her about her religion.. you know.. if you are really into this girl than get to about her customes… BUT let me tell you this.. DO NOT try to get involed with her unless you are seriously lokin for something serious with her… so like i said if you ARE INTO HER then get to know her as a really good friend first… learn about where she comes from
