Does Wii Fit Plus have the same games as Wii Fit?

I’ve been saving up for a while and I would quite like to buy a Wii Fit board. You can buy one with the Wii Fit game or the Wii Fit Plus game. I was wondering whether the Plus game has all the games of the original Wii Fit (like skiing and hula hooping) and more, or whether it’s just ‘extras’.

wii fit plus has every game from the old wii fit and extra exercises also you can make a routine which many people like the bmi still sucks since if you have muscle and no fat like football players it will say your fat. Also tyou can check how many calories you burned so it is very good and you wil loose weight if you keep playing.
