Weather related question for Law enforcement and military ?

Here’s a question for all of you law enforcement and/or military personnel that have experience in cold weather climates. I work for a law enforcement agency where it can get quite cold during the winter months. Because I have been cursed with having cold hands, I’ve spent the last few years looking for a glove system that will keep my hands warm while maintaining the dexterity needed to operate and manipulate my rifle and pistol, including magazine changes. I’ve tried several but haven’t found the right one yet. And to everyone else, ski/snowboarding gloves are not an option.
