One Day Skiing

What would a good meal, while skiing all day?
I'm going skiing next week. The complex has resort in a "restaurant" I guess you could call, but all his hamburgers, pizza, fries, sodas, etc. Since thats not very good nutrition, What are some healthy meals that could lead to replace the fat, and the United Nations of nutritious food in the station?
I would say things like nuts, cheese, yogurt or protein. You may want to use some fresh fruits like apples of vitamins.
