Need help planing a Ski trip to Colorado!!!!!?

Hey People, I need some help planing a trip to Colorado. I would like to surprise my husband with a ski trip, we have never been there before: My husband is an experiened snowboarder and I am just a beginner. I would like us to stay at a cute little ski lodges for a week, hopefully not that far away from the ski center (and how many are there anyway), can anyone recomend a ski lodge and a ski center? Our travel date would probably be early March 2008, is there still going to be good quality snow? and when should I make a reservation? We are coming from South America, which airport is the closest? So many questions, thanks a lot in advance.

I would suggest going to breckenridge. They always have great snow, and they have a variety of terrain so that you and your husband can enjoy yourselves. It is also a beautiful, scenic, only 2-hour drive from denver. The motto is ” Breckenridge: The Perfect Mountain Town.” I am certain that you will find a little nice, cozy place to stay. Breckenridge isn’t exactly a resort community, like vail, and their downtown area is famous for apres-ski and dine.
