Dallas, Atlanta or Washington DC?

I wonder which of these cities do you think would be the best option for my family … My wife and I are in our 20 years with four children. We are on the rise and I make a pretty good life. We are looking for a friendly city with the suburbs nice guy, nice parks, zoos good, etc. We are also outdoor activities and my wife and I love hiking and outdoor activities. We prefer cooler weather with rain or snow (also We like skiing). But the heat is good, too. Finally, we are great members and conservative Republicans and want a more conservative faith and family oriented city. What city would be more appropriate?
