Can you give me good and cheap options for ski resorts? Early December is a good time to go?

This will be my 1st ski time in North America (I'm from Brazil, we usually go to Chile and Argentina), so I want to be 100% sure I made a good choice. What are the seasons resort that is sure to be open in early December? Thank you! For those who are saying, my question is too broad: I live in Brazil, so any part of North America is an option for me. Since I can only go in early December, I realize most of the resorts are open — or even minutes. I am counting on your experience to help me! Thanks for your help!

I always suggest Whistler British Colombia. My favorite place in the world. good deals on hotel rooms. Where to go at any time during the winter. more than 5000 vertical meters. the best place ever. going for a week in February. I hope this help
